As the article is quick to point out, it ranks up there with being gay in the armed forces.
So, this got me thinking............... what would be the response in the UK? I mean, we aren't as prudish as the US when it comes to sex, or are we? We have no "moral majority" in the form of the church to answer to unlike in the US (and which region of the US you are in dictates which branch of the Chrisitian faith you answer to)
Instead, we have the Daily Mail and Daily Express as our moral compass.
No one can earn an honest living anymore, can they?

A good lawyer would be able to cram that firing down the throats of the Florida public officials and make them very, very embarrassed that they would do such a thing. Especially with the US Bill of Rights and all that.

Meanwhile, in Canada, if a public official was found out to be married to a porn star, our collective reaction would be "Canada has porn stars???".
Seriously, though, Canadians wouldn't have a problem with it. More than 30 years ago a federal cabinet minister was revealed to have forged the signature of his married girlfriend's husband so that she could get an abortion. Public opinion was on his side, and he's now a Canadian senator...
